Gyudzhi (rGyud-bZhi) is the fundamental text of traditional Tibetan medicine and practices. It is named the “Four Tantras or Treatise” and is divided into four parts. The full name of Gyudzhi is The Secret Quintessential Instructions on the Eight Branches of Ambrosia Essence Tantra.

The Tibetan Healing and Wellness Center is the manifestation of Dr. Jampa Yonten’s long cherished dream to establish a comprehensive holistic healing and spiritual center.
Dr. Yonten- an alumnus of Chagpori Tibetan Medical Institute, Darjeeling-opened THWC with blessings from his teacher, Dr. Trogawa Rinpoche. After considering many cities in India to start THWC, Dr. Yonten chose Bangalore for the variety of positive attributes the city offers.
